to GUC PageUrban Unicycling is about extreme unicycling in the urban environment. There are three disciplines.
Flatland Unicycling describes doing tricks on flat ground without obstacles or aids. It's all about the unicycle and the trick.
Street unicycling is all about tricks on obstacles. From stairs to boxes to railings, everything can be ridden on, jumped down or grinded (slid).
In trial unicycling, it's not about the tricks. It is about overcoming obstacles as quickly as possible or in the fewest attempts. This discipline is very similar to bike trials.
